Our strength conditioning class is 45 minutes of opportunity to find and acknowledge your strength physically and mentally! We focus on a different body area each month…and always give many modifications so you can make it your own workout and learn more about where strength comes from … using hand weights, your body and of course your mind!
It is a great way to start the day and remind yourself how strong you are!!!
