Aim High and Ride Together!

Aim High Spinning/Indoor Cycling can help you develop a “can-do” attitude. While helping you improve your heart health and endurance strength Spinning also builds our mental strength. When we ride, there are flats, hills and valleys. We ride with purpose through the challenges, work up the hill climbs and ride through the endurance training…together. Aim High’s Spin classes have an energy that helps us remember that we are a part of a team, of a community. Mental strength is something often gained from Spinning and can often be applied to other areas of life involving self-control or confidence.
Our Spin classes are a traditional ride with an emphasis on safety! Classes are led by certified teachers who encourage you to do what you can, aim high and have fun with music and connection! All while enjoying the scenery of the Italian countryside, California wine country or a race day at the Tour de France. (Virtual Spin)
All classes offer an all-levels ride and are great for anyone looking for a low impact, high energy class. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class to ensure proper set up for your bike. Spin shoe are recommended but sneakers can be worn too!

Aim High Studio offers several combination classes too!

  • Virtual Spin
  • Spin and Sculpt (30-40 minutes of spin followed by 20 to 30 minutes of strength conditioning)
  • Spin Plus Yoga (SPY  – 30 minutes of Spin plus 30 minutes of Yin yoga)
