Monthly Meditation Classes

Join us once a month for a Sunday afternoon (dates are available on our EVENTS page) class of meditation, movement, breath and relaxation. You will be guided and given the tools you need to lead you to a blissful night of sleep and relaxation! This practice balances stillness with movement and teaches you to take mindfulness and meditation off the mats into your daily lives. This is also a great introduction to an age old meditation called Yoga Nidra which literally translates to Yogic sleep. It reduces stress and makes one joyous and peaceful instantaneously.  Expect to leave this class feeling restored to your natural and healthy state of being, body, mind and spirit. It is certain that you will feel refreshed as though you have just woken from the deepest of sleeps.
